Working principle

A vertical vibratory motor generates multi-directional circular vibrations that transfer to the SS304 screen surface. Material enters the center and spreads outward in a spiral motion. Particles smaller than the mesh opening pass through, while oversize material discharges at the edge. The 5-500 mesh interchangeable screens allow quick changeover for different fineness requirements. The enclosed design prevents dust escape, and smooth surfaces enable easy cleaning.
